The hunt for the best mashed potato in Singapore, part 48

The mashed potato from the Western Cuisine Stall at SMU (Singapore Management University) shall be the mashed potato to be reviewed in this post of "The hunt for the best mashed potato in Singapore" series.

This mashed potato costs $1.50 per serving. It is way better than the mashed potato from NUS Arts Canteen Western Stall.

The mashed potato from this Western Cuisine Stall at SMU has a soft, silky texture. The taste was average. The brown sauce is light in taste and is not too salty. The brown sauce and mashed potato left a rather gluey aftertaste. Overall, at $1.50, it was not great enough to eat on its own, but it will be good enough to satisfy the craving of most people if it was eaten with any of the main dishes.

With this post, I wish my friend to whom this series of posts was dedicated to the joy of being true to oneself.
