Muscles are tensed

The muscles of my thighs, upper arms and lower arms have been feeling tensed and aching since last night. Maybe it was due to too much lifting of the double bass over long distances? Or is it due to other reasons?

Remedies are welcomed.

  1. best remedy is always to slowly stretch out those muscles. or even a spot of yoga might help. and best-est remedy of all is relax on the sofa, watch some TV, and snooze away... ;-)

  2. having tense muscles too. sleeping it away doesn't help (i tried). let me in on the remedy if you find it. =P
