you're right. the world does seem to get noisier and noisier. it seems like i'm always going around turning off noisy things. radios left on, TVs left on.. (sigh) peace is good. :)
Noel: Like I have mentioned on your tagboard, maybe you could blog about the subject where it is convenient. Hopefully, I could gain insights to the answers to this question as I read your blog.
