It shall be intermission now.

My body-clock doesn't quite well for me. I do not feel much effective. It feels lousy to feel that one is ineffective. I shall call for a break as such.

I have no idea how long the intermission will last though. Hopefully, not infinite.

take your time py, take things easy in the meantime. don't force your system to get in sync. you will feel better naturally. :)

I very much enjoyed reading of your Scotland trip. Someday I hope to visit the land of my ancestors.

I have found the quickest way to recover from jet lag is to make yourself stay awake to 8:00 pm no matter what. It may take a few days, but the misery flees quicker this way.

Felt obligated to post as I had mentioned you in my blog. We visit many of the same places, such as mistipurple and crazy cat. I recall you and your husband and boyfriend, the double bass. Sunday I was in Chicago O'Hare airport and I saw a woman playing a violin while waiting for her flight. It just made me think of you is all and that is what I mentioned you in my blog.
