In pain
And discomfort
Even if all these are momentary
Endurance doesn't come easy
Life has its ups and downs
The pain can set one groaning
How did I find the strength to face
Each of life's downs and trials?
What can soothe?
What can bring relief?
All I shall ask for
Is peace and soothing music.
