The piano playing

It must be my ears. A few nights ago, my parents could not hear the sound of piano playing but I could. Anyway, I can hear the sound of piano playing now. I figured that it came from the unit right above my unit.

I secretly wish to find out who's playing on the piano, and to find out if the person might make a good accompanist. Please pardon me. I just hope to find a piano accompanist who could play with me, and better still, accompany me for the exams. A good accompanist isn't easy to come by. As such, I am very thankful that I had good piano accompanist for my last two double bass practical exams.

Would a pianist be keen for a jamming session with me? I shall just keep my fingers crossed and not be too hopeful.

Meantime, I am feeling pleased with myself that I had managed to squeeze in another half an hour to practise on the double bass. I was playing the first movement of Dragonetti's Solo in e minor, followed by the first movement of Keyper's Romance & Rondo. I am loving the playing of the double bass. It tends to give me good vibes. I would like to think of the vibrations from double bass as giving me a nice, gentle 'air' massage. The feeling rocks.

If only I didn't live on the other side of the world, I would jump at the chance to accompany you! Good luck finding someone.
