It is only Monday

Dead tired mentally
And it is only Monday
Must have worked too much
But I felt I have accomplished just a little

*Cries*
When could I do enough?

You have done quite enough. You simply need to recognize that you have. This is an acquired skill. Don't be Superwoman. Be Pei Yun.

mental tiredness seems different from physical tiredness.

It is harder to sleep when one works hard but don't feel accomplished than when one works hard but attains satisfaction from accomplishing something.

Haha, but maybe I am just rambling in tiredness.

i so understand how you're feeling. mental tiredness is harder to deal with. i get more tired sitting down inert than doing a physical job. the inadequacy i feel from mental tiredness is way far more exhausting.
i can only cheer you on, and tell you i care, and that you can come 'play' at my office anytime! :)

Misti: I have offered to serve not play.

But thanks for your thoughts.

When one's dreams are filled with one's day then they are not doing enough other things. Seek a balance.

Sometimes I work so hard I spend the whole night with a mental 10 key footing numbers to the dawn.

At other times I play so hard, I am still in the game when the alarm screams to my responsibility.

Seek some form or relaxation. Maybe crazy cat is correct. You need something to pet.

Crazy Cat: You might be right, for me to sleep early. So I did, last night.

Mistipurple: Thanks for your sunshine. Appreciate your support.

Simple American: I hope I could find that balance.

Mr Loobz: I fear I may not have any heart to smack a cat. I shall sleep early.

Pinkie: Thanks for your kind words. I shall remind myself.
